Sebastian was born in a friendly, polite setting. He grew up close to his parents, especially his mom because she was always ill. His mother always taught him to respect women. She later died, and his father was never the same. So from that day forward, he became Captain Sah and promised to always dedicate himself to making the world a better place for women. He is currently building the Women's Appreciation Center on top of his underground hideout.
